This class is PART I in a 2-part continuous, build-upon session. It can also be taken as a stand-alone session.

Photoshop for Beginners PART I is for those who need a step-by-step, guided introduction into using Photoshop. It is for those with little to no prior knowledge of the program, giving you the basics to get started using the common tools & tricks to improve your photos. This will be a hands-on, fully participating class.

This class is great for those who:
- Have zero to very little knowledge & experience with Photoshop
- Have already taken my Beginner DSLR Class and want the "next step"
- Have prior knowledge of using a DSLR camera
- Know how to shoot in RAW vs. JPEG
- Just want to be able to edit beautiful photos for their own use

4. Cropping & Straightening
5. Removing Blemishes
6. Removing & Moving Objects
7. Using Adjustment Layers

10. Saving & Formatting

*The requirement for this class is to have already purchased Adobe Photoshop by the class date. Since this is a hands-on class, bringing a laptop or Photoshop capable device will be necessary.

**Note, this class largely focuses on editing for portrait photography for examples, but can be applied to landscapes as well.
